Gnocchi with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto & Sausage
i was introduced to gnocchi by my MIL. in fact, i was introduced to a lot of yummy foods by her, like borscht. mmmmmm....borscht.....
-anyways-
this has become one of my favorite go to meals when i have little time to spend on making dinner.
(i always have these ingredients in my kitchen for one of those nights)
i DID make this recipe up, but thats not saying much since its so simple
Depending on the size of your family, you may want to double this:
1- package of whole wheat gnocchi
1- 8 oz jar of Classico Sun-dried Tomato Pesto sauce
1-package Hillshire Farms Turkey Lil Smokies
Cook Gnocchi per directions on package
In a seperate pot, heat pesto and sausages, then stir in gnocchi
Serve with a side of veggies. (i like the microwavable steam bags)
ENJOY!

noted and will be attempted. it's looks SO good! i have heard of gnocchi, but have never tried it. just the name intimadates me. "a "g" and an "n" together with no vowel in between? i'll stick to my good ol' mashed sptates thank you very much."
