Normally, I can always count on Walmarts brand to be good quality. Biggest bang for my buck. So as I went to make some delicious greens for dinner, I chose these:

Thanks for the "broccoli". I'm really glad we'll be gnawing on nothing but stalks.
I'm disappointed in you, Walmart. Truly, I am.
I hope you'll think about what you've done, go back to the drawing board, and try again.
Oh, and by the way? I want my $2 back.

hee hee! I hate that! You must have gotten the bottom of the broccoli barrel. Or perhaps Walmart is just becoming cheep. Blech, not a huge fan of those stalks, they get so nasty when they are frozen. All hard on the outside and mushy on the inside. It truly is a magical journey.
Ha ha ha! No wonder the packaging is opaque with that picture of broccoli - it's so you can't see what actual broccoli looks like...
I've been there before! I have better luck if I choose the bags that say "broccoli florets". Btw..can't remember how I came across your blog, but it's interesting and entertaining.
