I want to challenge everyone to take one day this week and throughout the day, mentally list everything you are grateful for. Down to the simplest things.
"I'm grateful for my toothbrush so I can have healthy teeth."
"I'm grateful for a bed to sleep in at night"
"I'm grateful for this messy house, because it means I have a family to love."
etc. ALL DAY. Don't let any negative thoughts enter your head, and if they do, push them out with a thought of gratitude.
You'll be amazed at what it does for you!
